i don't know why but i am very fond of this face.

Some people asked me why I changed the original concept of the comic Hetalia, there were a few problems with the series in turning it to a videogame.

When you get deeper into history, you'll find that there are many different perspective. For example, %40 of the populace were Patriot/Rebels, %20 were loyalists, %40 didn't give a shit and just wanted to live. Who is to say that the embodiment of "America" should be a Patriot? That's why the characters are not personifications in this game. I hope people will understand that. Haha, I guess I'll put up a ton of disclaimers.

I think the idea of personifying countries into a character is really fun, but it just didn't work for something like The Long Goodbye. To do that effectively, you'd have to have ... three Alfreds. Not to mention the characters representing what was New Sweden, New Netherlands, etc. It was too much of a pain to do that, therefore it was easier to make them as their own separate person/being exploring this vast landscape filled with diverse cultures, politics and problems.

Burr this is taking forever. I cannot imagine the nightmare New York will be. I left out a lot of geographical regions thusfar. I only recreated major rivers since I'd probably die going for %100 accuracy, haha.

Pennsylvania WIP. Sorry to anyone from that state. I can't reconstruct everything to its finest detail. The most I can do is use major rivers - mostly the Monongahela, Susquehannah, Allgheny and Delaware.

I cannot seem to find any maps for "forests" and where forests might have been at that time and what their names were. If anyone can help me out, I'd be very happy. D:

so i am going to redo the world maps (the colony maps). i guess back then the game was a war sim so the world map doesn't matter - now that it is a straight up rpg, it has to be more detailed to accomodate toa ll the new locales

Can someone tell me if this is an appropriate flag? Someone told me that, at the time, Poland and Lithuania began to use different flags (I am specifically interested in flags used in battle) instead of the Commonwealth flag. Though I just can't find it.

Even so, is this flag still appropriate for the both or them?

I don't want to make any mistakes so I am asking now. X_x Also, if anyone knows anyone who is Lithuanian, can you please fact check the name for Toris' musket to see if it makes any sense? Thank you tons.
